Food: Vegetable Stir Fry Part 2

Today I'm gonna share yet another simple and easy stir fried dish and you'll probably notice so far that I put on a lot of stir fried recipe. Why? Because it was easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time to prepare. I can just open the fridge and decide what to cook from there he he he... Plus my brother likes easy and convenient food and when he eats he wanted it to be as easy as possible. I don't know it because he's lazy or what?? You know on one time I wanna cook omelet and he said that he prefer scrambled eggs because that way he can just scoop it out with spoon but with omelet he has to "cut" the omelet first!! That's the degree of how lazy he was!! #LOL he's so busy with his study so when he comes home he didn't want anything complicated I guess... Ahhh to much rambling not enough recipe... Let's continue..!!

I didn't put any step-by-step pictures because they basically is the same but the above is what the finished recipe looks like. It looks brown because I use teriyaki sauce this time.

Ingredients:
- Garlic.
- Baby Green Beans (aka Snap Beans, String Beans).
- Cabbage.
- Minced Beef.
- Cayenne Pepper (Optional).

Seasoning:
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Teriyaki Sauce.
- Sugar.

How to Cook:
1. Heat pan with oil.
2. Add crushed garlic cook until it smells nice and add the cayenne pepper if you like spicy food.
3. Add minced beef cook until brown.
4. Add baby green beans and the seasoning. I use about 1/2 tsp of sugar, salt and pepper. As for the teriyaki sauce I just eye-ball it and taste it. (Don't forget to taste!!!).
5. Add shredded cabbage and stir for about 2 minutes and serve!!

Note: Don't cook vegetable too long otherwise it'll become limp and didn't taste as fresh.

I like to put my stir fry over rice. What about you?
