Food: Spaghetti Bolognese

At first I was going to make Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil but I don't read the recipe carefully and it ended kinda weird. So I have to make a modification into a Bolognese Sauce instead.

Tadinya saya mau membuat Spaghetti dengan Saus Tomat dan Kemangi tapi karena tidak membaca resepnya dengan baik hasilnya jadi agak aneh. Akhirnya saya modifikasi saus yang gagal tadi menjadi Saus Bolognese.


Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan):
400 gr Spaghetti
3 Tomatoes | 3 Tomat
6 Garlic | 6 Bawang Putih
1 Onion | 1 Bawang Bombay
Basil | Kemangi
Tomato Sauce | Saus Tomat
100 gr Minced Beef | 100 gr Daging Cincang

Seasoning (Bumbu):
Salt | Garam
Pepper | Merica
Sugar | Gula
Oregano

How to Cook:
1. Cook the Spaghetti according to the package instruction.
1. Masak Spaghetti sesuai dengan instruksi kemasan.

2. Finely chopped 3 Tomatoes and get rid of the inside part (This is the part where I did wrong actually). Heat pan and cook the Tomatoes until it soften. Because I throw the inside part of the Tomatoes it took quite long to soften so I add about 100 ml water. After the Tomato soften add about 2-3 tbsp Tomato Sauce.
2. Cincang Tomat dan buang isinya (Sebetulnya disini ini saya salah). Panaskan panci dan masak Tomat sampai lembek. Karena bagian dalam Tomat saya buang jadinya agak lama baru dia lembek. Akhirnya saya menambahkan sekitar 100 ml air. Setelah Tomat agak lembek tambahkan 2-3 sdm Saus Tomat.
 
3. Chopped the Garlic and Onion and in a different pan heat oil and add the Garlic and Onion. Cook until it turns translucent and smells nice.
3. Cincang Bawang Putih dan Bawang Bombay dan pada panci yang berbeda panaskan minyak dan masukkan Bawang Putih dan Bawang Bombay. Masak sampai berubah transparan dan wangi.

4. Add minced Beef into the sauteed garlic and onion. Cook until it turns brown.
4. Masukkan daging Sapi cincang pada tumisan bawang tadi dan masak sampai daging berubah kecoklatan.

5. Add the Tomato Sauce into the other pan and then add Basil.
5. Masukkan Saus Tomat tadi ke panci yang satu lagi dan tambahkan Kemangi.

6. Season with Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Oregano.
6. Bumbui dengan Garam, Merica, Gula dan Oregano.

7. Serve the Bolognese Sauce on top of the Spaghetti.
7. Sajikan Saus Bolognese diatas Spaghetti.


There's still leftover Bolognese Sauce so I eat it with an Omelet for breakfast.
Karena masih ada sisa Saus Bolognese besoknya aku makan dengan Omelet untuk Sarapan.
