Review: Citra Light-Touch White Japanese Wakame Hand and Body Gel-Lotion

Review: Astral All Over Moisturizer (Original) + DIY Tinted Moisturizer

Hello....

Sorry for neglecting this blog for a while, but now I'm back with a lot of review!! My first review of the day is Astral All Over Moisturizer Original and this moisturizer was sent to me for review purposes but I promise you it will be an honest review

What is Astral Moisturizer?

Astral is an amazing moisturizer, proven in double blind trials to be very hydrating, it is also incredibly versatile. It is an iconic beauty product that really works – its unchanged in its formula since it was created in the 1950s, and is perfect for all ages.Astral cream doesn't contain any 'miracle' ingredients - whatever they are. The label doesn't make any exotic claims. And the formula hasn't ever needed to change. Because the truth is, Astral really does work without these things.

The rich, protective formulation of Astral Original cream is the same simple but very effective one it's always been, with the same main ingredients:
Lanolin is a rich natural moisturiser which binds water to itself, locking moisture in while still allowing the skin to breathe. It's naturally hypoallergenic and easily absorbed.
Glycerine attracts water into the epidermis, increasing its moisture content. It's thought of as having a Natural Moisturising Factor for smoother-looking skin.
Together, these renowned moisturisers give your skin the nourishment it needs and help protect it by keeping essential moisture in. You can feel it working hours after you've applied it.
Astral is dermatologically tested and is not tested on animals.

Astral has created a natural celebrity following of genuine fans, including the Joanna Lumley, Patsy Kensit, Jesy Nelson from Little Mix, Nikki Sanderson from Hollyoaks, Emma Thompson, Kate Beckinsale, Shingai Shoniwa from the Noisettes, Sam Faiers from TOWIE to name a few! This moisturizer is also rated 4.7 in Makeup Alley!!!

How to Use Astral?
Astral is a very versatile moisturizer and has a lot of function such as:
  • Facial moisturizer
  • Night cream
  • Clear lip balm
  • Removes make up
  • Acts as a primer
  • Hand cream
  • Part of a home manicure/pedicure routine
  • Prevent/relieve the discomfort of cracked heels
  • Help prevent rough skin on feet
  • Stop legs from drying out after shaving
  • Prolong a tan
  • After-sun Cream
  • Stop tights from sticking to clothing/reduce static
  • Highlight your legs with a shine for a night out/for the beach
  • Give shine to elongate the length of a neck and much more!
Onto the review then......

The moisturizer was sent directly by the PR from London so it took more than a month to reach my place and I have to get it at the postal office. Oh before I continue a quick info on my skin condition in case you're a first time reader. I have a normal-oily combination skin, it's quite sensitive and acne prone. Yeah I know... This kind of skin condition is really tricky. I can't moisturize too much because it'll break me out but if I don't moisturize enough it's gonna feel dry #sigh.

Crochet Scalloped Lace Headband

God Day...!!

Because the internet connection is really good I'm really motivated to make another blog post today and now I'm gonna share a crochet pattern for a scalloped headband. This headband is really pretty and quite easy to make although I spend a great deal of time in making the pattern for it.

Review: The Body Shop Olive Shower Gel

I never use The Body Shop Shower Gel before because I thought it was kinda expensive for a shower gel but when I saw this super big size shower gel and a 50% discount (I think) I decided to take the plunge on The Body Shop Shower Gel. I got the Olive kind because I fell in love with the scent and thought that it would be a great morning mood booster.

Review: Nature Republic Herb Dressing White Honey Cleansing Water

I've had this cleansing water for a while now and since it's almost empty I remembered that I haven't made a review on it. So here goes...

Recipe: Dakdoritang (Korean Spicy Chicken Stew)

Hello...!!

Did you guys miss me yet? I'm sorry for the lack of pot last month. The Wifi have been cut by the building management so I have to wait for a few weeks because the ISP is changing. But now!! I finally have an Internet connection. YAY!!! So for my first post of the month I'm gonna post a Korean Recipe and at first I didn't know what the recipe is called. I only chat with a Korean friend of mine and I show him a picture of a Spicy Ceker Soup that I made and he said that it looks like a Korean Dish called Dakdoritang and so I googled it and decided to make it but with my own twist on it.
